My Coaching Program

Hi, I’m Vanessa, a certified cycle and hormone expert. My training as a Trauma-Informed Menstrual Cycle Coach at the Menstrual Coach Academy, along with my studies to become an Expert in Holistic Women’s Health at the Academy of Naturopathy, form the foundation of my current work.

My coaching program focuses on cyclical health and living in alignment with your menstrual cycle, which influences and shapes us every day.

Through my holistic approach, I support clients regarding their menstrual cycle, lifestyle, and nutrition. I address individual needs so that the program is personally tailored to you.

The content is flexibly adapted to you, your daily life, and your cycle phases.

You receive knowledge, tools, and materials that guide you step by step on your journey. Between sessions, I am available for support via Telegram.

You choose between 3 or 6 month
