Instructions for Deleting your Account
If you are currently logged into the app, please follow these steps to delete your account:
- Open DaysyDay to the Settings menu.
- Select Account.
- Under Profile, select Delete Account.
- Select the Delete Account button.
If you are not currently logged into the app, please email info@ch.daysy.me to request the deletion of your account.
What is deleted:
- all devices connected with this account
- all partners connected with this account
- all notes
- all syncs made
- all statistics
- all cycles
- all cycle summaries
- all device information
- all raw measurements
What is not deleted:
- App Analytics - crash reports, page visits, phone model, Daysy device ID (no personally identifiable information)
- Crash reports are deleted after 90 days
