Instructions for Deleting your Account

If you are currently logged into the app, please follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Open DaysyDay to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Under Profile, select Delete Account.
  4. Select the Delete Account button.

If you are not currently logged into the app, please email info@ch.daysy.me to request the deletion of your account.

 

What is deleted:

  • all devices connected with this account
  • all partners connected with this account
  • all notes
  • all syncs made
  • all statistics
  • all cycles
  • all cycle summaries
  • all device information
  • all raw measurements

What is not deleted:

  • App Analytics - crash reports, page visits, phone model, Daysy device ID (no personally identifiable information)
  • Crash reports are deleted after 90 days
